This is the story behind Bosse’s collar One morning, Bosse went outside like he always did. He would always come home every evening to sleep beside his grandma, Missie. But that evening, he didn’t return. It wasn’t like him, and we immediately felt that something was wrong.

By the third day, we noticed Grandma Cat Missie acting differently. She meowed loudly throughout the house, clearly sad and confused that her grandson hadn’t come home to sleep beside her as usual. We walked the streets calling his name, searching everywhere, but there was no sign of him. We had never felt such fear before. There was no way to know where Bosse was, and the days just went on…

It was already a very difficult time for our family. Around the same period, Bosse’s mother, Missie’s daughter, had passed away. And now Bosse was missing too.

The days kept passing. Soon, he had been gone for an entire week. Every day we went out searching, calling his name again and again. Grandma Missie was completely heartbroken.

The weather was mostly nice during those days, except for one night with lightning and thunder. That night, we couldn’t stop thinking about Bosse being outside.

We posted about Bosse on social media and asked if anyone had seen him. Some people sent tips about cats they thought might be him. We went to check every time, but unfortunately, it wasn’t Bosse. The days kept passing, and we still had no idea where he was. Not knowing if he was safe was the hardest part.

Then, after 12 days, something unexpected happened. One morning, Bosse was suddenly sitting outside on our patio. He had somehow found his way home. He looked very tired and had lost quite a lot of weight. There were also many insects on him. It was clear he had been through a lot.

But he was finally home again.

That experience made us realize something: not knowing where he was was the hardest part. Those 12 days felt incredibly long for our family and for Grandma Cat Missie.
